Got here about 1pm, not a...

Got here about 1pm, not a lot going on, I was the only customer for about an hour. No cover at that time. Beers were $3 and a girls drink was $6. The club is nice enough on the inside, music is a little loud, but that is typical. The place does seem to lack some of it's former glory, there aren't as many customers or girls during the day. The quality of the girls are much lower than they used to be. The club slowly picked up starting at about 4pm, but I noticed a lot of the customers didn't stay very long. My ATF here S*** is no longer dancing at the club unless it is sporadically. The girls attitudes also seemed lackluster, they were not very energetic and seemed to just be doing their time before they could leave. In almost all of the chats with the ladies I heard complaints about not making much money, and some conflicts with management. While I empathize with the ladies, I really don't come to strip clubs to think about problems and conflict. If a small percentage of the complaints were true then management is probably being a little heavy handed, at the same time the ladies could definitely be more upbeat and friendly. The ladies do generally come around and thank you if you tip them on stage, they will sit and chat for a few minutes before asking if you want a table dance, but again it felt more like they were just going through the motions, and they came across as tired and bored. The morale needs something, but I am not sure what it is. The cost of dances is $25 and the songs are shortened, I timed some of them to 2 -2.5 minutes. They really push the VIP, which starts at $75 for 15 minutes, and the time last 15 minutes. I like to get a single dance before committing to a longer time in the VIP. The dances were good, but YMMV between dancers. I had dances from three different ladies and went to VIP with one of them. VIP dances and regular lap dances were the same quality with the lady I chose. It was an OK time. I hope management can bend a little to and try to compromise with the dancers. I think that is what is needed to improve morale. Happy enthusiastic ladies who like their working conditions will attract more customers than ones who dread coming to work. The place has potential as demonstrated by it's previous incarnation, lets hope they can learn to work the magic once again.
