Caveat: While probably a very good execution of an interesting concept, this just wasn't my kind of place. Also, the girls were just not my type. But maybe it/they might be yours. In short, it is some guy's idea of crossing a strip club with select elements of a discount Playboy Mansion with young thin girls, many with facial piercings and ink. Read on:

As other reviews have mentioned: The place is about 20 minutes south of Erie. They open at 8pm, cover is $15, $10 before 9pm, The staff is very friendly and scan your ID and give you a Smiley sticker if its your first visit. Kandy's is in brand new, year old building designed as a strip club. On the plus side, it's non-smoking. Easy to go outside within the confines of the club's outdoor activity area to smoke, or to run down the road to get booze. You can bring in a cooler full if you want- staff keeps it in their cooler for you behind the bar.

As soon as staff was done advising me of their offerings, including a feature dancer (Stevie Taylor, Playboy) that night at 10pm, one of the dancers swooped in to give me a tour. Weird but useful for this unusual place. Got a tour from Bella, whom I've read good things about, and she looked intriguing in a black vinyl outfit including thigh-highs, but I prefer my ladies with a bit more up top and no metal in their lips. She showed me this private party room with a sectional couch, bar and little stage and a private patio that was available by the hour or the night. Looked good for a bachelor party. Then the outdoor play area, for games like nude volleyball, grilling and I think their building a wrestling pit. There is a shower room for shower dances (you write what you want the girls to do on a white board...kind of pricey), the cop car you can get cuffed in and have a dance, the lap dance room with its cubicles, and four different VIP rooms of varying sizes and configurations. $80 for 20 minutes; $100 for 30 minutes (plus tip). Bella cautioned me that each girls have their own rules but that she likes "to have fun" in VIP (as I have read).
