This is the combination of three visits on a recent work trip to Phoenix.

The Hi-Liter is an interesting place and an enjoyable spot to spend some time. The details are well chronicled on here, so I'll skip the basics.

To me, there are pretty much two kinds of dancers here and figuring out which category each girl is in is important if you want to have fun here. I would say half to 2/3 of the dancers there at any time are simply content to dance on the floor, make their money $10 at a time and not get in too much trouble. They might go in the back VIP with you, but I don't think it is going to be all that awesome.
