I've known about the Playhouse for...

I've known about the Playhouse for a long time but never made the effort to visit, until recently. Sefton is a little out of the way for me and the suburb itself is a nondescript place that doesn't scream out to be visited. It looks pretty working class and run down. Therefore, describing the Playhouse as a huge, suburban, glitzed-up beer barn will come as no surprise. The neon signs outside almost scream out cheap and nasty. However, after driving over an hour to taste the delights of the club, nothing was going to stop me entering! Surprise number one was that there was absolutely no cover charge. Always a bonus! At first I thought this was because it was a Thursday but apparently there is never a cover charge, even though this club is open from lunch through to late at night, seven days a week. Surprise number two is that this is not only just a strip club. It is a combination club, tab, restaurant (and that's using the term very bloody loosely) and newsagent! WTF? I guess they're covering all bases to get the punters in. I must say though that I have never turned down a visit to a SC just because I couldn't buy a paper or milk there! Regardless, I was at the place now and eager to see what it held. Surprise number three was the size of the SC area. There's a huge (and tacky) dance stage with about four poles and surprisingly, for a SC, it was reasonably well lit. There were two girls onstage when I entered but only about ten guys in the place. I grabbed a beer, some tipping dollars and headed for the rail. The girls were reasonably good looking and both had great bodies. The action at the rail was extremely good value. The girls only go topless but will flash their pussy for a tip. They were also more than accommodating about rubbing their tits in your face too. I probably 'experienced' about six or seven girls before stepping back. My impression was that most of these girls were not trashy but probably wilder type girls. In short there were lots of tatts and some of the girls had a bit of attitude. I also sampled a private dance which was extremely lame. Although it was with the hottest dancer I had seen onstage, it was all air and not worth the $50 I paid. I asked her about it and she pointed to a camera in the private room and advised me that it was strictly hands off. In my opinion, I got much better value sitting at the stage, especially as there were so few guys competing for attention. I'll probably go back if I'm in the area but it's probably not worth the trip to get there unless I'm close by with a few hours to kill and I'm in the mood.
