I've been here a few times and the major factor for fun is the time of day you go. The dayshift is quiet, creepy and dull. There are lurkers wandering, waiting for a certain girl or just shifting from room to room looking for somewhere to get turned on. But there are only a few dancers on the floor at any one time and they are as lifeless as the customers. This is not an absolute truth, you can usually find a dancer who appears to be there to have fun. The night shift is much livelier. Lots of dancers and events happening. Shows, stage dancing, etc. And the place has a club atmosphere. You can get nice, if expensive, service in the private dances on both shifts, so if that's what you're there for, go for it.
