Was traveling from NYC to upstate, and wanted to make a stop somewhere and check out a new venue. This one was about half way on my trip, and looked like it would be a good choice. How wrong I was.
I got there at 10pm on a rainy Friday night. Walked in the door, and a friendly doorman/bouncer asked for a $12 cover. I paid it, and he stamped my hand. I hadnt even moved a step forward, and a skinny (sickly looking skinny) woman with a not too pretty face approached me and asked if I wanted a private dance. I hadnt even walked fully in the door yet! I politely said not right now, and she proceeded to whisper in my ear that when I was ready, she was the one, and "I wouldn't be disppointed". The only one who would be disappointed would be me if I ever had a dance with her. Small stage over to the right, but no one there. I asked the doorman what the story was - he told me that they just opened at 8, so they didnt have a crowd yet. Crowd? They had no one. He then told me they were owned by the same people as the topless bar at the other end of the shopping center. With my hand stamped, I could walk freely between them. And, he said, the other place had been opened since 6, so there was more of a crowd there. So off I went. More about that place in a review in there name. All I can say about this place is nothing was happening when I was there.
