I was in Vegas a couple...

I was in Vegas a couple of weeks ago for a long business trip. Sunday - Friday. That's a long time to be in Vegas - however, I spent 4 nights at Spearmint Rhino and had the BEST time. A couple years ago I swore off going to Rhino because it can just get too crowded but I didn't experience that here - I was usually in from 8-12 - so I'm sure it gets busier later. I'll never swear off the Rhino again that's for sure.

First lets talk about the Limo service. I've never done this before. I always took a cab and honestly I was a little intimitaded by this and thought it was probably just for big groups. But this time I decided to give it a try. So I used the service 4 times, I think from 3 different hotels - Aria, MGM (2) and Planet HollyWood. Each time the driver had contacted me within about 15 minutes. Planet Hollywood was the longest but I think a driver was in late or something. No big deal at all. All the drivers were very professional and nice. It's an excellent service and I'll use that again in the future. I tipped the drive $20 each time. When you use the limo service you get entry in the back - so no waiting. They have ushers who will escort you into the club and get you started.

The waitstaff was very good. Never had a problem. They were very attentive. You can start a tab and if you move around or to a 30 minute room the tab can follow you around. The problem with the bar tab is that there's a chance a buzzed person might leave forgetting it. That happened to me ufortunately. It almost happened the 2nd night and did happen the 3rd night. I didn't realize till the next night at around 6pm that I didn't have my license and credit card. But I emailed and then called the Rhino and to my relief the girl who answered said the had them. Later I did also get a response from my email as well. I was very happy with that resolution. Apparently this happens a lot. I got my cards that night and all went well.
