i went to Mardi Gras on...

i went to Mardi Gras on a thursday evening. i haven't been there in about 5 years, and overall not much has changed. there club is roomy and clean, with several full-service bars and a decent beer selection. everybody inside was friendly and overall the atmosphere was relaxed. there are several stages inside, with plenty of up-close seating and lots of room to roam... i prefer to walk around and browse before i decide where to hunker down, and this place offers plenty of space and variety. when i did sit down, i had a great view to several dancers who were all very friendly and personable. plenty of different body types to choose from, and overall most of the girls were pretty decent-looking.

i ended up deciding to get a lap dance. as i said, i haven't been to MG in a while, I forgot that the lap dances are hands-off. having a bouncer stand nearby and pretend he isn't keeping an eye on you is really not my idea of a good time... even truly incidental contact (my hand near her ankle when she was straddling my lap) was met with reprimand. so, i called it a night. my dancer (a cute little latina with curly brown hair, can't remember her name) offered to make my experience better with a trip to the vip room, but I wasn't feeling it. so, overall i had a decent time; i wouldn't recommend spending money for a lap dance though. not really much more than what you get at the stage.

are all the strip clubs in MA hands-off for lap dances? *sigh*
