This will be a review of more than just Rose City, as I visited a bunch of clubs on a Sat night in early May. I am in Oregon on business from Dallas and am touring a lot of clubs.

Of the ones I have visited (probably 10 to 12 in Portland, Salem, Springfield) Rose City beyond questions offers the best privacy for the money. They have private rooms with couches, full curtains (opaque), and there is no extra charge for it. I have not found this anywhere else yet. DV8 comes close, but the curtains are sheer with lights on them, and I can’t tell for sure if people can see in. Yes, there are cameras at RC, but they seem to be only for protection of the girls, not to see if they are breaking any rules. I have never had any “extras” there, but I have had my fingers and mouth all over some dancers and never saw a manager. As always, it all depends on the girl. Previous reviews describe the atmosphere, girls are mostly 8-9, some with a lot of ink.

Already mentioned DV8, a sister club just east down Powell. Good dancers, very low key (no pressure at all). Even though the same girls work at both clubs, I get the feeling that the managers watch them closer at DV8. I was not even able to get any titty sucking there.
