Ok so I was in the area this weekend and stopped by a few spots but Carl's is getting the review because it was the weakest! No more Mr. Nice guy cause this spot has been around and either goes up or down and right now it's in my down category. Plus, it was a $5 cover at the door! Carl's is really just a really nice, kinda big sports bar. What makes it fun is the occasional good lapdance you could get there. It's a stocking over bikini dance but sometimes the dancers compensate for that then others it seems like they'd rather have a pair of jeans on instead! This night it was lack luster dances on my thighs for nothing less then $20. Also, it seems like the hospitality element is leaving there not from the dancers but the bartenders which is not good cause you gotta have something going for you! It was a major sports night with the fight, the finals, hockey and baseball yet ever notice how you really can't watch anything here? The tv's sit too high up and they compete with loud music and semi-sexy dancers! Normally I don't trash my spots but...and a saturday sports night?? You should shine! And some places care nothing about market and competition, your surround by spots that charge $10 for dances and no one budges off $20 for 1, not to mention hb does 2 for $20! A new just decent spot that gets cute dancers not all jaded by time will make dough around here and shut the doors of those who refuse to compete...my advice right now go elsewhere for actual stripclub fun!
