This is one of my favorite clubs. It's low-key, classic go-go, usually with 3 dancers per 4 hour shift who dance on a stage and then circulate among the patrons at the bar, actually walking on it. They do not offer couch dances. The girls are all attractive; many work here in addition to a home club. Good place for a few beers without too much damage to the wallet. Girls dance topless and frequently flash their muffs. It used to be that the Penns was pushing the envelope to full nudity with all the flashing but times and laws have changed and now other clubs offer as much if not more.

You could think of the Penns as the speed-dating of go-go. You'll go here, see and meet 3 girls in 30 minutes, exchange pleasantries and get a good luck at their bodies. In and out in 30 minutes for about $15. If you see someone you want to know better find out where else she works and you've scouted your next lap dance excursion.

My favorite girls (besides whomever is on stage at the time I'm sitting at the bar) are Kylie, Morgan, Jersey, Shannon, Siren, Lauren, Lexi, Lilith, Emmy, Ellie and Alice. Probably my favorites because they give a really cool, fun and sexy feeling.
