I had not visited the Paradise...

I had not visited the Paradise Saloon for quite some time, so I decided to check it out on a Wednesday afternoon around 2:00 PM. I was told the club officially opened at 11:30 AM, but I was concerned that no or very few dancers would be on duty that early.

Upon my arrival there was one male bouncer / cover charge collector on duty, four dancers and one female bar tender. There were no other customers in house when I arrived. This club charges an annual $ 15 fee and my previous membership had expired. I had to complete a short information card, show my driver's license and pay the annual $ 15 fee. Once I was in the club, the bar tender was very attentive and drinks were extremely reasonably priced. They also now serve sandwiches, which were not available the last time I visited. I was not pressed to buy any drinks for the dancers. In fact, I offered twice and was told she already had a drink! Two other customers arrived during my approximate hour and one-half stay.

One dancer, Anna, was already sitting on a couch in the primary dance area, so I sat down next to her. She was very friendly and was able to carry on an extremely good conversation. I was concerned about being hounded by all or most of the girls for dances, but the other three dancers ignored me and sat at the bar talking to the bar tender. There was no stage or pole dancing going on during my visit.
