I should have stuck with my instincts and gone to Flight Club, but I wanted a change of scenery so I though I'd give Landing Strip a try. Seems this was a mistake. The quality of the dancers is considerably lower than FC, with a much more laid back, non-pressure atmosphere. Several of the ladies told me there were 10 new dancers this particular day. Maybe they're trying to up their game. The first one I spoke with was Holly. She was a tight little spinner and had potential but, man, she had next to no personality and couldn't carry a conversation to save her life. I passed on Holly. When Ashley went on stage, I got a little more interested. SHe's a curvy brunette with a great smile. No pressure, but off we went for some dances. Her style was adequate, but not much cuddling (which I like) and too much air. She was nice though and probably the best of the bunch, IMHO. The rest of the afternoon crew was too out of shape for my liking (I can have that at home), or too preoccupied but regulars. This place seems like a place where you'd have to establish a reputation before you get any real attention. To the girls credit, they tried to engage me, but I jut wasn't feeling it. So off to the airport to catch my flight. A glass of wine was $11 and I had an appetizer that wasn't bad. So I guess there is some redeeming value to the place. But I think I'll return to FC on my next visit.
