I was in the area and decided to take the plunge and visit John's Hot Spot. This is the trailer park of strip clubs. $5 cover and $5 drinks off set the dive bar atmosphere a bit. There were four dancers, none of them were very appealing. The shot girl was persistent but not annoying. I sat in the corner and nursed my beer while taking it all in. A slightly chubby latina joined me. She was friendly enough that I agreed to a VIP dance. Once in the back she offered a lot more than the dance but I opted out. This place would do in a pinch with enough booze. But not this time.
