Back in NE Ohio for business, and made my pilgrimage to Christie's. Overall, a very good experience. The basics remain the same. Impressive, well-maintained building and interior, essentially a 5/8 scale model of Christie's Tempe, AZ. Safe, convenient location, just off I-77 and across the street from a big regional shopping mall. Cover charge is $3/day, $7/night, waived if you have a hotel room keycard. The girl at the front desk asked to see my hotel key when I showed an out-of-state driver's licnse, so getting the cover charge waived was at their initiative. Nice to save a few bucks at the door; it leaves more to blow on the strippers once inside.

Dancers are resonably attractive (mainly 6-8) and friendly; nice mix of ethnicities, if a little light on Latinas (probably a reflection of the region's demographics). Couch dances are still $10/song, a remarkable value in my view. YMMV, but overall the lap dance quality was high. There are VIP rooms upstairs, but the dancers I hung out with didn't push for an upsell. If you're hungry, the food is good and cheap--had the $10 sirloin steak dinner, grilled to order and very tasty.

Showing up just after the day shift ended, there were only 3-4 dancers stumbling around the club, and no one on stage for 30-45 minutes. When I asked a dancer about that, she told me that Christie's has a sliding house fee: the earlier you arrive, the lower the fee. The net effect (especially on Friday and Saturday nights) is, a lot of the better-looking (or sleepier) dancers don't arrive until later in the evening when the club gets rolling. Given my early start to the work day and lack of energy, I didn't stick around to see the talent improve. All in all, I had a great time, and will return.
