In short: go and have a good time. I hadn't been to Beamers for 5 years but found time to drop in three weeks ago early on a Saturday night. Things were surprisingly slow, but I was pleased to see a handful of decent dancers and took a seat at the stage. The furnishings were in good shape and as I remembered them, which says a lot for the maintenance the owners put into the place. The first dancer came out and paid attention to me as I was the only one tipping, and we wound up in the lapdance room all by ourselves and had a mutually good time. Beamers gets a thumbs up from me. Recommended.
