I thought I should check out...

I thought I should check out this club as it's one of the few I hadn't been to in Miami. They have a pretty small parking lot and some guy there charging $10 for valet. Fine I play along. Get to the front door and the guy says it's $20 to get in. Sure whatever. A small jack and coke was $12. So it costs about $42 to sit down and have a drink. The club itself is really nice. It could use some more lighting - it was kind of dark. The music was not the usual top 40 crunk bullshit at the other clubs, the DJ was actually playing some interesting songs. As for the dancers they were all pretty good looking. Lots of beautiful Russian girls, an american girl I spoke with but who was too pushy so I asked her if I could watch the end of a basketball game that was on. Then a cute gal sat next to me and ordered a drink. Claims it was her first night there, but she had danced at other clubs. I got a couple lapdances with her and had some more conversation with her. The lapdances were pretty usual contact wise for Miami but they were $30 instead of the normal $25. I was told that private rooms are $400 for 30 minutes but I didn't want to partake as it was my first visit. The girl was trying to give the impression that it was anything that the dancers were comfortable with was the policy of the club.

I think for Miami - the prices are a bit high considering what's available in the area (tootsies, scarlets etc). This could be a pretty chill club if they got rid of the valet and cover charge BS. I did like the music and the bartender told me the drinks were two for one (i got there just before 9pm i think ) so I did get a special but for the $42 I shelled out just to sit down it was still over priced.

The club itself is nicely decorated - looks like a strip club from the matrix designed by the Merovingian. The dancers all looked pretty good but I think I got there too early. There were only a few dancers there. It's a split floor layout - on the top half was opened - so it was half empty. The private dance rooms were nice run of the mill and had a curtain for privacy but my dancer friend said that they leave it open unless you're doing the half hour VIP dance.
