I visited this area recently. I do not know the other clubs in the area, so I cannot compare. The club setting is nice. There is always a girl on the stage in the evening, but the stage dances are short (two songs or less). Girls, barmaids, DJ etc, basically everyone is very pushy. DJ is shouting as if it is a club for 200 people while barely a dozen of people are inside. We can hear you man, relax! Smoking is permitted which is pretty unusual. There is a cover but then beer is not very expensive. The location is a distant, industrial area. Lots of parking. I stayed for about 20 min and cannot say I enjoyed the place very much.
