1st time here visit to this...

1st time here visit to this place as its called Monarchs. Very nice and new (cuz it is). The rating could have been a 10 if i didnt notice that the glass dividers had the logo Pinks behind the logo Monarchs. Regardless still very nice and clean. No cover charge the night i went cuz it was "soft" opening. Supposedly grand opening in 2-3 weeks. Bouncer had a metal detector and did not request me to put cell phone back to car like Hawaii Theatres did back when it was open. Found out that Monarchs is a sister club of Rhino. Saw a familiar face or two dancing. For a Friday night, the place had same number of people as dancers, which normally would be a good ratio except it was like 3 or 4 girls only.

Dance prices are $20-$40-$120 for Topless-Nude-VIP. I didnt get a tour of the place by the management but by a waitress who was super chill. She hung out with me longer than the dancers and was hotter than the other dancer. Saw the areas for each dance and thought it kinda lame. Table Booths where ppl can look over glass divider to see your topless/nude dance. VIP was very sketchy and not the good way either. At first looks like its private area but then once there, it can hold 4/5 dancers there with very little blocking wandering eyes. I rated monetary value on the low side cuz the prices for dances are steep vs the Vu. I would have been really bummed if the place charged a cover but since it did not, i felt that it was not a let down for a friday night. Maybe next time I'll hit up the real Rhino and pay more but see and do more i hope. Monarchs has potential so long as they get enough entertainers... maybe in a few weeks ill swing by again to check out.
