I had driven by Bishop's Corner...

I had driven by Bishop's Corner many times, but was always hesitant to stop in because people tended to comment negatively. Decided to stop in, and see what the place was about. I didn't stay very long, but I was glad that I stopped in. The club is pretty small, and is really one long rectangular room. A bar runs along the entirety of one side, and a small stage takes up one third of the room. The place is clean, and not too crowded. I easily found a place to sit, and it was easy to strike up a conversation with the dancers; there was one dancer for every 2-3 guys. Drinks weren't too expensive, but I only bought a $3.50 water. I parked on the street, and would really prefer a lot, but it was afternoon, and so I didn't mind having to take a bit of a walk to get from my car to the bar. I'm thinking that this could be a real problem at night, or on much busier days.

The girls were personable, and I really enjoyed talking to them. Unfortunately, only a couple caught my eye. Most weren't my type, and I didn't take anyone up on a private dance. That just isn't my thing, and I wasn't feeling it. The stage dancing tended to be subdued...it was very tame and low key, and I really like to see girls making more of an effort. I can't get interested in a private dance, if the public dance is so boring that I spend more time watching the TV. It was nice to see 'Little Momma' again; I hadn't seen her in about 4 years, and she is looking really good. Her body is much more toned, and she is in way better shape than the last time that I saw her. I didn't get a chance to talk to her because she was with a regular, but I'll stop in soon and see how she is doing.

I left thinking that this might be a good place to hang out from time to time; I'll probably start dropping by whenever I'm in the area.
