Went to the Gold Club after...

Went to the Gold Club after not being there for about a year. The club has seen better days. The chairs are in very bad need of replacement and the men's room is just scary. Arrived on a Wednesday night about 9 pm. There were about 6 to 8 customers and about the same amount of dancers. The dancers were mostly young and cute, but seemed a bit unmotivated. One was eating dinner, two were laying across chairs and looked to be near sleeping. I sat with a girl at the bar who did seem interested in working. She told me this sob story about needing money for her kids adn she just started dancing because her grandfather was dying and she needed to make some money quickly. I left very quickly. Did not need that.

Drinks are decent priced. A beer was $5.75, but they have a bucket of 7 oz beers for $10.

I did find a dancer I remembered from a prior visit and got a few dancers. Dances downstairs are $10, and upstairs are $30. The upstairs dances are much more interactive but it is not private. I usually get a combination, as I think $30 is a bit high, but I do like the better mileage. The experience with this dancer was good, not great, and I do not think I will return.
