I came here on a recent Friday with a friend who wanted to see the raunchiest East St Louis had to offer, and by reputation, it is Roxy's.

Cover wasn't too bad, $10 if memory serves, and it included parking in their private lot.

The inside of the club is very dark and dingy, I assume by design, in part because the quality of the talent leaves a fair bit to be desired, and light wouldn't do them any favors. Otherwise, it looks like a strip club straight out of some early 80's comedy with the three elevated stages, the decades old carpeting, and the inadequate bar. I do implore you...go to the bathroom before you get here, and limit your alcohol intake, because their bathroom is horrifying, and the attendant looks like he's burned out on crack.
