I've stopped by on a couple...
I've stopped by on a couple of different Friday afternoons's to see if old Bogey's has changed or if it is the same old anything goes place from what I remember from before I took a foolishly self imposed "Bogey's break".
The physical layout is the same as it's always been. Three stages with the main stage in the middle, typically there is always a dancer at each one. There's a large bar at the back and two elevated seating areas on either side of the main stage along with a main seating area down by the bar. The back wall is full of TV's mostly playing new or spots events. Finally up to the side here is the infamous VIP area that has been greatly improved with the addition of several curtained off private rooms. Instead of the anything goes exhibitionism of the open floor, there is now at least privacy, although the facility is still a crappy and worn chair. Drinks are kind of expensive and they seriously overcharge for water, if you're not really in the mood to drink ai suggest buying a beer and nursing it as they will screw you on the waters.
Both times I went there were about ten girls there, and they were heavily outnumbered by the customers. In spite of that I had no trouble speaking with and getting dances from the ladies I wanted to see. If you tip them at the main stage they are very good about making their way down to you and it's pretty easy to make eye contact on the floor as well. The main problem comes from fending off dancers you don't particularly want dances from and from keeping the ever present and highly annoying shot girls away. There are at least two shot girls at all times here, which is at least one too many.
