Time to fish or cut bait. Went in the afternoon, spent money. Complete waste of time. My vote for worst place in Philly. On occasion, I was the only patron, yet the bouncer seemed to think I needed special watching. If I wanted fat guys to watch me, I'd do something different for a living. Even though it was empty, it still stank of cigarette smoke and the drinks were way overpriced. Save your money and time.
