I'm going to have to take the Rose down a few notches from my review a while ago. There is no way you can sit here and leave without stinking of putrid smoke. The furniture here is beaten up. It seems like the girls have gone down in quality too. Drink prices are expensive and watch out for shenanigans with your bar tab!
