At one point in time, this was one of my favorite clubs in NYC. In many ways, it still is a good club, but it has lost a lot of it's luster recently. It might just be a slow period of the year, and I am sure it will pickup in the summer as it has in the past, but right now is one of the lower points I've ever seen it. One key thing to understand about the Manhattan strip club market is the money is primarily made from rich business men who are regulars (also the wall street guys), in addition to the occasional tourist that actually has legitimate money to drop in the club. In Manhattan clubs, anybody else is really just taking up space. Drinks here are not cheap ($15 for a mixed drink, e.g. jack and coke), and you'll be expected to tip at least a little bit (that's how the bartenders make their money). So, you need to have at least $200-300 on hand to come here to be able to have some drinks + dances. Otherwise, you're either making a trip to the nearby ATMs or heading home pretty quickly.

But you know what? All of these things were fine. About a year or so ago, most of the people coming in here (especially on a Thursday night, which has traditionally been a predominantly 'business man' crowd, not so much young blokes who don't know anything about strip clubs) were aware of all the above and have no problem with it. But lately, there's a lot of crappy people coming in here, just taking up space, wasting the time of some of the girls here. And it shows. There used to be 60-70 girls on a Thursday night, we're now looking at maybe 40-50 at best. You can also tell from the attitude of many of the girls, that it just isn't the same anymore.

For a Manhattan club, the mileage is relatively decent, in fact, probably close to if not the best you can get in Manhattan for a $20 lap dance (rooms here never have been a good value, even if you are somehow managing to get extras, you're spending enough to get you a top tier GFE escort anyways). And by good mileage for Manhattan, I mean that you won't get air dances here, it's a proper grind and contact is possible (with some variance from girl to girl). But the place simply isn't as fun as it was once was, and I'd have to say it is losing a bit of its luster for me. If this place is convenient to go to, and you'd like to stay in Manhattan, definitely check it out. But my advice would be to avoid late night weekends, and even late night Thursdays, as it's mostly idiots coming in here causing a bit of commotion lately. Come here earlier in the evening, perhaps even a bit before 8 so the cover is only $10 (vs $20 after) and you can see the night shift come in fresh. But after midnight things start to become a bit too packed, and it's not like "more girls" come in later in the night. Unless a girl is somehow late to her shift, they are pretty strict about enforcing that all nightshift girls come in at 8. So come early, and enjoy your time in the beginning of the night shift.
