I was driving through Saginaw after...

I was driving through Saginaw after doing a survey, and decided to stop. I had seen the billboards for the place numerous times on previous drives through. When I went in, the place almost seemed abandoned. The TV screens were by far the best feature for the place when I was there. I was there for 3 hours or so. I am told that during the day they mostly have (somewhat) older dancers, but during the night they have mostly college girls dancing. (I wish I had known that then.) When they say "free admission", they always leave out the mandatory $5 fee for soda, even if you don't want any.

Anyway, I had a nice talk with 2 dancers, and got several couch dances. They were nice. (Not great, but decent.) The part that probably bothered me the most was they were timed couch dances. And the dance length is less than the length of a song. Songs go on for about 2 1/2 minutes, while a couch dance was 1 1/2 minutes exactly. You would think that for $20, and the dancers sitting around doing nothing for most of the day, they could at least have dances that are as long as the songs are. But apparently not. So feeling like you did not get much for $60, well, leaves you empty.

So, unfortunately, not many alternatives in the area. Just drive to another city, I say. Deja Vu has a good reputation, but I say skip this club.
