Flight Club is my favorite club...

Flight Club is my favorite club in the Detroit-area. After an expensive visit to Coliseum earlier that week, I decided to hit up Flight Club on a Sunday night before my flight out the next morning.

For Flight Club, the club is two levels - a main floor level with two sets of booths facing the main stage, a number of low tables with chairs on the ground-level, and a large main bar on one side of the room. On a busy night, dancers "work" 3-4 different positions on the continuous main stage - two spots on the main strip and two "satellite" spots with poles that they have to walk across little strips to get to. It's certainly a good sobriety test for dancers to walk a 4"-wide crosswalk in stripper heels.

The upstairs contains a long smoking bar (where a lot of the dancers hang out) that overlooks the ground floor and a number of private, curtained VIP booths, each with a small side table for drinks and a 1 1/2-person wide couch. As mentioned in previous reviews, the rest of the top floor is taken up by an unused casino space.
