I almost feel sorry for the...

I almost feel sorry for the PC -- they've attempted to upgrade in a number of ways (new bar top, very comfortable lap dance area, I've heard very nice VIP rooms). They've even stopped the semi-bait and switch they had in the lap dance area (curtains that you realized once you got their did not close). But it just hasn't worked, for one reason -- all the phyiscal upgrades in the world mean nothing if the quality of the dancers doesn't keep pace.

THe club continues to lose many of its best looking and/or less zoned out dancers, leaving a few nice long-time PC dancers and a bunch of very zoned out or frankly just very unappealing looking dancers. This is particularly annoying to deal with when prices continue to be high (and least for regular drinks and what is quoted for VIP; lap dances aren't too bad). In addition, many of the girls are clearly very uninterested in being there; lots of texting, staying back in the dressing room and eating lunch/dinner.

There's just no real element of fun anymore; you can still have an good time with one or two of the dancers, but even here, there's now much more of a push to upsell to VIP, which both is something I'm not all that interested in, and also makes clear that anything short of that will be very perfunctory.
