I was in town for a conference at UT and decided to check out the Yellow Rose based on reviews I read on TUSCL. Have to say I was very impressed with the club, particularly the talent. I have visited several clubs on Sunday night and you never know what you'll get. But the Rose had a great selection of talent.

For starters, I entered the club and was seated in lower area. I asked my waitress about the upper level and was told that was the VIP area and could sit at one of the tables for an extra $50. I decided to remain down in the "peanut gallery" and take my chances. I ordered a drink and give my server a nice tip. About 5 minutes later, she told me just to go up in the VIP for free. So guys, always remember to take care of your server...

As for the ladies, there was a nice selection of nationalities and a few 6,7 and 8s in the mix. The girls were a little aggressive and pushy about dances, but I don't mind that (although I know some do). I was approached by a very sexy Hispanic honey with a killer body. We had a few dances and the contact was good, although mostly one way. She was very friendly and fun.
