I was in Austin on business,...
I was in Austin on business, I had heard of this place via a few locals and heard an ad on the radio for $5 dances all day Tuesday, so figure worth a visit. Walk in, bar on your right (where I like to sit), stage on your left with tables all around it. Couches along all the walls I see.
I sat at the bar as I entered and got a $3 beer (happy hour) from a friendly barmaid. Most of the dancers I saw were rather "thick". Not what I look for. There was one quite tall thin dancer, but she was kept busy by the wall at the left of the stage. After a bit I see this spinner appear from somewhere and a guy snapped her up on the left side of the stage. She danced a few songs for him then left and started talking to a guy at the end of the bar closest to the entrance. This lasted a few minutes, then she started walking my way.
I caught her eye as she walked by and a quick smile and she came back to me. Asked if I wanted a dance. She was, by far, the nicest dancer I saw. A blond spinner, shoulder length hair. Nice bolt-ons, slim and great skin. Nothing not to like. Didn't even notice any tats. So I say OK. She took my hand and started to walk me to the wall, but I needed a beer. She said I could get one from a waitress. True enough.
