Like all North Carolina clubs you need to buy a "membership" the first time you visit with subsequent visits costing less. I actually visited Centerfold's sister club "Mirage" first which I will review separately. I paid $15 at Mirage and was handed a two-sided business card that got me into Centerfolds for free; it says "2 Clubs - 1 Cover" so they are obviously owned by the same folks.

This club is medium to small in size with one larger center stage and one small side stage. The ladies were attractive and friendly and the place was fairly crowded for a Tuesday night. You exit at High Point Road off of I-40 and turn south; you can miss the allure of pink neon directly in front of you.

Dances are various prices depending on the type of room and level of interaction you want from the dance; either $20 or $30 dollars and a 2fer specials were announced for a reduced price. They also have timed private rooms that were $150 for 15 and $300 for 30 minutes.
