Was here a couple of weeks...

Was here a couple of weeks ago on a Thursday around 5 PM. Its a good time to come, as the bar hasnt yet filled up with customers and theres about ten or so dancers on the day shift. This is still my favorite club on the block. Atmosphere is comfortable, not too sleazy. Dancers usually range from 5-8, and there's a healthy mix of race, height, and sizes. It's gotten a bit pricier over the past few months. Lady drinks still $20, and VIP starts at $60, but that only buys three dances, as opposed to more generous 20-30 min that used to be the standard here, esp on the day shift. Dancers are all very friendly and will start talking to you the minute you walk in the door. Not too pushy, although the bartender is quick to ask if you want to buy the lady a drink the minute she sits next to you. However, when I declined to buy one lady a drink, since I had already had ny dances for the night, she continued to sit and talk for a while. Perhaps if it had been busier this wouldnt have happened. As for my time in the VIP area, the dances were quite satisfactory, as is usually the case at Oasis. YMMV of course, but the dancers here are usually very accomodating and this nite was no different. I dont remember her name, but she was quite friendly, and was more generous than at most any other lap dance club in the area. More contact than non-block clubs will allow, from both parties. I usually come here at the end of the day shift, and have often been told that the mileage is more on this shift than during the eve shift, when the place is busier and more eyes are watching. I highly recommend this place if you're looking for a little extra. I usually dont bother to go anywhere else on the block.
