This is my first review. We went to the Ritz last Saturday night. It was packed, downstairs especially. Its worth it to pay the extra money ($10) for upstairs VIP access. Im not sure what VIP gets you beyond more comfortable chairs, more breathing room, and a more attentive waitress. We were in a group of ten for a bachelor party. The club is clean, well lit, and there were plenty of girls working. However, with the large number of customers there at the time, it was hard to keep a girls attention for long unless you were shelling out some serious cash. I think I would like this club a lot more during the week when it would most likely be less packed. The best part of the club is probably its location. The Fells Point area is full of bars and restaurants and attracts a younger, post college crowd. There were quite a few couples there. They were pushing their bottle service and private rooms, but none in our party wanted to part with that kind of money. The girls were generally attractive, but not stunners, which is saying something as we were pretty intoxicated. Beers were in the $5 range, plus or minus depending on what you were drinking. Lap dances were $40 (top off, bottoms on, some touching allowed), private dances (didnt get one) $150, and private rooms (1/2 hour) were $350. The ladies were a little pushy, as they were working the crowd for money. I guess you have to make your money when you can in that business. I generally prefer a more relaxed strip joint, where you can talk to the girls. In general I would recommend the strip club. Its perfect for a bachelor party, with access to the rest of the Fells Point night life. There are better strip clubs in and around Baltimore, but in less desirable locations.
