Visited here a few times while...
Visited here a few times while recently in the area. Still a reliably friendly place, sort of a neighborhood bar feel, which I like and appreciate. Staff is friendly, from the door girl to the waitstaff. The bouncers seem to be fewer and less intrusive than on previous visits, which is definitely a good thing. I stopped in on both weekends and weeknights, so this is a summary of those visits. Cover is $5 on weeknights and $6 on weekends. A beer was $4.50. There are some locals who just come in to drink and gawk, but that's normal for the area. Since it's March, there were also a lot of spring break guys fawning over their first display of public titty. I'm sure they are home telling tall tails of the nekkid women that wanted them badly. Never saw one get a lap dance. Hey, I was young and broke once too. I listened to several dancers complain about them playing grab ass on the stage and not spending any money.
Girls ranged from 5 to a solid 8, with mostly 7s. (BTW: I've met the diminutive dancer (4'6" - she took her heels off to prove it) mentioned in a previous review. Both times she was wasted and was very handsy and delivered the same line comparing her size to her victim's member. She also has a curved spine that makes her belly stand out. It's either that or she's a few months pregnant.) On Mondays there seem to be a lot of black girls, but not so many other nights. Mostly girl-next-door types. Several of the dancers make the drive from Orlando to work here. Sunday nights seem to be crowded here, with lots of couples, and the club doesn't generally see much of a crowd before 11PM on weeknights. I saw everything in here from biker apparel to business casual to beach wear. A pretty diverse crowd.
The good news from past visits is that the lap dances are more liberal. Lots of shifting of the stick and repositioning for better grindage. No extras asked for or received (although I did get the impression from a few of the girls I declined that take out might be available). And the bouncers and waitresses stayed out of the lap dance room. In the past, a bouncer would patrol the room, and a waitress would interrupt you to ask if you wanted a drink. No more lapdanceinterruptus.
