DO NOT GO TO MACOMBO LOUNGE. The place is GARBAGE.

Okay so here is the story: I was riding the 70 bus headed to Silver Spring around 2pm today Tuesday, March 19, 2013. I was just gazing out the window and realized my stop was coming up to transfer to the red line to Fort Totten Train Station. As I’m looking out the window I see a SEXY sister walking down the street. I was like, “DAYUMN!” She had on these purple tights that made my dick instantly HARD. Lol. From the looks of her I just had an odd feeling she was a dancer. Strange, right? It must be a sixth sense I have. Lol! That’s when I realized the Macumbo lounge was in the area. I have passed by Macumbo’s plenty of times, but the girls who hangout outside on their cigarette breaks were DIRT ugly. So I never chose to go in there. Plus, going in there would not be a good idea for me for other reasons I can’t disclose to you all. Sorry.

So this time I decided I would go up in there. I went in there around 3pm today. This was maybe only an hour after I saw the sexy sister on the street. Once I got in I noticed the physical layout of the club is DEPLORABLE. I mean it too. I’d give it a 5 on a scale of 1-10. There is no day cover to get in, and the pat down is routine. There is a one drink minimum though. There are two stages and both are in bad shape. I mean BAD too. The place uses a jukebox to play music which is great, but the stage is not good. The club is pretty tiny. Actually, I think my basement may be bigger than this club. Seriously. The ceiling is falling apart like crazy and the seats are torn up. I asked the lady at the bar how long this strip had been open. She said “Wayyyy before you were born, Son.” LMAO!!! I am 27 so that says it all. This club is certainly old. No doubt. There is a television in the club so this is a plus. I did not check out the bathroom and I have a hunch I did not want too.
