Outer Space is now open Sunday...

Outer Space is now open Sunday nights. I stopped by yesterday, their first open Sunday. Arrived about 7:30, several dancers I was familiar with and several that are new to me. Some may have danced at The Pearl (downstairs) on Sundays but it seems to be directing all traffic upstairs.

Drinks are affordable, dances are $5 at the bar and $20 for 2 at the very limited private "room". Extras may be arranged so discuss your options.

As a person "not" of color I have always felt welcomed at Outer Space. I have also always had great dances and have felt very comfortable saying no or limiting my dance card for non-contact. I also have developed many good acquaintances and enjoy casual bar side conversation with dancers.

If you'd like to try someplace a little different and want to make your money last give Outer Space a try.
