Was in area last month and figured I check this and Pharaoh's next door out. Was early evening and I guess it was during shift chg. according to bar maid. Place seemed roomy and alright but no dancers on stage. Had a draft micro-brew and was charged $4.75. Same as most other places during day. Still no dancers on. They need to co-ordinate or overlap shift changes (poor mgmt) better. Place has same owner of The Gold in Blasdell and most employees work at both. Anyway I finished by beer, got another(still no one on stage) and was talking w/ guy next to me at bar who was from Rochester. Still nobody on stage but enjoying the brew and waiting patiently. Finally one of the dancers started on stage. Noticed she was at bar for 1/2 hr. while I was there. (BTW, not a lot of patrons were there at bar). She looked great on stage as I finished my beer and was going to go tip her. Ordered another and night bar maid had just come on went to pour and tap spit. Told her to pour diff. brand as it was OK and she told me it was $6.75 when she brought it. Prices must escalate after 6 and told her I didn't have enough(lied) as chg. from last ten spot was on bar. Wasn't going to dig in my wallet because a pt. of beer isn't worth that much. Had had enough of this poorly-run dump and walked out leaving the new beer and her with her mouth agape. Might come back at diff. hr. some day but won't make it a must-do. My money spends every place else and I don't put up with lacsadaisical, inefficient, poor-attituded, lazy people.
