I have been to almost all of the top value clubs and glad that the Hugger finally cracked into the top 3 while phoenix clubs generally fell out of the top 10. Things those Kokomo girls do $10 goes far beyond what you get for $50 at the best clubs in Arizona, California and as close as Urbana IL. From my view many raters are only comparing other clubs in their areas. On Saturday night I can choose from several hot firm young girls and get dry humped and hold what I want at $10 a song (plus optional tips). I always tip. At those prices if you can spend $200 in a trip to then you have more endurance than most or you are drinking too much.

The TUSCL description of this club is inaccurate. The Hip hugger has no private VIP room. Private dances are against the wall in a dark corner of a very Smokey room. There is no noticeable security the place is clean and safe enough but any dive diner or bar has nicer decor and more comfortable seating.

Seams in the past that TUSCL ratings are more helpful on a regional basis than as a true top 10. So a Phoenix 9 value is not comparable to a Miami 9 or an Indiana 9. For mileage per $100 a Kokomo 9 is a Phoenix 19-30. Local laws and enforcement probably have more to do with the mileage available market to market. Dancers and clubs all compete for our dollars but mostly in just one market. Last year and before I visited top 10 value clubs in Phoenix and if hip hugger was a 9 then I would list Phoenix as a 5. But then it all comes down to how you define value.
