Located in a shopping mall, shares parking with an evangelical black church. Gotta love Detroit.

Enter on the right of the two storefronts. Pass the doorman on the left... he does double duty as the VIP gateway. $10 to get a VIP wristband. Club extends back from the street, with bar on left and stage on right. Decorations are reasonably nice, stage is upscale. Waitress service is quick and not annoying.

Had LDs from several dancers, all were very high contact with stick-shifting. Extras were not offered or asked for, but I suspect are readily available.
