Well, this wasn't the greatest strip...

Well, this wasn't the greatest strip club visit I have ever had. There's nothing exactly wrong with this club, but at least on the night that I visited, there wasn't anything particularly right either. Some details:

I arrived at about 9pm on a Monday, there were only a few cars in the parking lot. $20 cover to get in, of which $10 is cover, and $10 is your "unlimited water/soda" ticket." The guy at the door was perfectly polite, and also bored out of his mind, and I found out why when I got into the club. The club was very quiet, the DJ wasn't even playing the music terribly loudly. The club layout is fairly standard, one main stage right in front, no side stages or anything like that. Some seating at the rail, and then tables set back all through the main area. Two main lapdance/couch dance areas, one set up on a few stairs at the back of the club, and then another larger area behind the DJ booth, basically taking up about 1/3 of the club. Which turned out to be wildly optimistic, at least on this night.

There were probably about 12 or 15 girls working when I got there, but you certainly couldn't tell it from the number of girls on the floor. I admit, there were only about 5 or 6 customers out, but I think I only saw 4 girls on the floor at the time. One of whom was sitting along the wall texting like crazy. In fact, she basically spent all night texting, except when she was on stage, and then went around asking for dances. Because I am a glutton for punishment, I actually approached her for a dance (in addition, she was quite pretty, with lots of tattoos, which I sometimes enjoy, so I had high hopes). I thought it would probably be terrible, but she gave 2 fantastic, high contact dances, and then immediately went back to texting. Very very strange, didn't even try to sell a third. I assumed it was just me, but then I saw her do the same thing to a few other customers as well. Anyway, I'm off topic, back to the club review.
