First, there is no coat check, so if you go on your own in winter, you have to drag your jacket around with you. Songs are a brief 3 minutes each. The stage is akwardly set up so you can't easily watch the dancers. Very narrow place.

The dance area in the back is more private than the one in the front, but most dancers seem to prefer the more open one in front.

The real downside is the endless parade of dancers hard selling you for a dance. Some will not easily take no for an answer. If it happened once or twice that would be okay, but it was endless. I was approached by over a dozen dancers before I finished my first beer. And all the same "what's your name?" "where are you from?" "Let's go have fun?" "Why not"

I ended up hiding in the back until I found a dancer that I was interested in. Upstairs is well worth the $20 just to get away from it.
