It was a chilly night in Columbus, GA. After a late dinner I decided to drop in on the Platinum Club which was near my hotel. It was $5.00 to enter and another $5.00 for a beer at the bar including the tip. The bartender was friendly and she nicely filled her jeans and black top.
As one enters the club the bar is directly in front, with pool tables to the left and the main stage to the right. The main stage is dark and it requires some eye strain to note if anyone is dancing. I sat at the bar and took in the sights. A slim dark haired girl with tats was dancing. I noted about 8 dancers in total and about 10 customers in the club. Most of the crowd was clustered around the pool tables or on that side of the bar. Dancers ranged from 4’s to a 7. The 7 was a tall brunette with some nice C’s.
As noted in the previous reviews there are no lap dances here. Table dances are performed on what looks like a small air hockey table. There is no touching and everything is air. I was able to observe several table dances purchased by another patron. Seems like a waste of $10.00 to me.
On the main stage, it took me a few dancer rotations to figure out they don’t get topless until they get a desired level of stage tips to do so. Consequently most dancers kept their tops on this night. The DJ announces the dancer rotations but speaks in such a manner that he cannot be understood. Why are most SC DJ’s so bad at their craft? Is it a requirement that they speak unintelligibly?
There were two waitresses in the club. Both of which, in addition to the bartender, were more attractive than most of the dancers.
