Work brings me to Honolulu several times a year and I have visited a number of the local clubs. I tend to group the clubs into 3 levels. The top clubs in town are Rock-Za, Femme Nu, and 939. there is a second tier that includes clubs like Hawaii by Night, and a few others. then there are the bottom feeders like Red Rose. I would put Saigon Passion in the second group. It is also open later than the other clubs with a 4:00 closing time. The club was recently split into 2 clubs. I have only been into the Diamond Head side sence the split. I would consider this club somewhat of a cross between a strip club and a hostess bar. there is a stage and a mumber of girls that will dance on the stage but at least half the girls gust hustle drinks and ... The other side did have and I assume still does have a couple of VIP room available for private dances. The availability of extras in the VIP area is really dependent on the girl. Some are more open to negotiations than others. it is not uncommon to find girs from Rock-za or Femme Nu at SP after the 2:00 closing time for those clubs. If they had a slow night they will often try and make a few extra $ during the last couple of hours at SP. This is often the best time to score some extras or even take out.
