Decided to check out Mardi Gras...

Decided to check out Mardi Gras as I was bored and had some time to kill. It's tucked back in a corner, which is fine just makes it hard to find. I believe the cover was free as I arrived around 4 PM and they don't charge till around 7. Either way they have a free cover coupon on their site. Main area of the club is very open, with a bar on one side and big stage on the other. Tons of tvs which gives it a sports bar feel. There are two small stages near the bar as well, with tables in between and booths on the edges of the room. While I was there they had a dancer on each stage and they would rotate stages every other song. Crowd was pretty much your average joe/businessman so thug factor wasn't a problem.

Decent variety of dancers, with a definite majority being white. Too many fake tits for my taste, girls ranges from 6-8. Mostly 6's and 7's, I didn't really see anything on the extreme ends of the spectrum. Most in the middle. I sat in one of the booths and the waitress, who was cute with a fun attitude, came over and I ordered a beer. $5 I think so not too bad. Asked her to send over a girl she recommended (don't recall her name), and a nice little Dominican spinner came and sat next to me. Ordered her a drink and we talked for a bit. Enjoyable conversation, so I told her I'd like some dances. For $10 you can't really complain, and these are not air dances. This girl could grind and I was immediately satisfied with the purchase. I wouldn't say it's the highest contact $10 dance you'll get in Atlanta, but it's definitely worth the money. We talked a bit about VIP, wasn't a hard upsell, just a discussion. I didn't partake, but I think it was about $30 to the house and $100-$150 for the girl for a half hour. I had a few dances, we took a little break and talked, and then repeated. I had to run but I told her she was great and went on my way.

Overall I'd say it was a good use of an hour, especially getting out the door with 5-6 dances for less than $100 total. Would return, but I'm not dying to, I'd definitely check it out if you're in the area.
