I don't get up to the north shore that often, but when I do I try to stop in at the Golden Banana. They've done a really nice job putting together a nice club. The sound system and DJ were really good, with music videos synced on some of the TV's. The waitresses are attentive but not particularly friendly. The rub girls are hot and talented, but it's hard to get their attention on a busy night. The dancers, the reason we all go, were a very solid group. No 10's, but a very solid collection of 7's and 8's. The stage layout is like a 3 leaf clover, and the quality of the stage shows was excellent. I had never seen this before, but they have a semi-private section off to the side when you get 2 dances (for $50 I think, maybe $60). It's a strange arrangement but the girls are right on top of you in a little cube, and you're not out in the open. All in all a pretty positive experience.
