This is part of a series of Washington Park club reviews. I hadn't been to any of the St Louis metro clubs in several years. I was in the area last fall, and took an afternoon to scheck them out. My previous club visits were to Brooklyn and Sauget clubs so I decided to try the Washington Park clubs. First visit was to Hustler Club-very disappointing-read my review on here. Next stop-Hollywood. Another large club with almost empty parking lot, but since it was mid-afternoon, mid-week I wasn't too surprised. Went in, seems like I had to pay small cover charge, but it couldn't have been much because I'd remember if it was. Was greeted quickly by a waitress who asked for my drink order. Dancer on stage was being ignored by the few other patrons in the club so I went over and tipped her a couple of bucks and got a quick Stevie in thanks. Watched her a while, tipped her a couple of more times, she finished her set, came by and apologized that she couldn't stay and talk but that another customer already asked her for a dance. They disappeared, another dancer came on-not my type at all, so I wnet to a table and was quickly joined by a series of girls asking if I wanted a dance. I said no politely, they were polite and I was left alone for a while. Eventually, a tall girl, good looking came over, sat down and chatted a while. When she finally asked if I wanted a dance, I told her I like lots of mutual roaming, she siad that was ok, and we went back for a couple of dances-Excellent dances, and interesting conversation. I wish I could remember her name because if I ever go back I'd like some more. Much better than Hustler Club. I left and continued my tour at a couple of smaller clubs.
