Went to Mary's on a Monday...

Went to Mary's on a Monday night to start the tour of Portland strip clubs. Mary's is your typical dive bar. Small dirty space with limited dancers and a fullbar. The drinks were decent and fairly priced. The wait staff were very friendly. The actual dancing stage is very small. I was there on a Monday night around 8pm and there were only 2 girls dancing. One 7 and one 5. They were both nice but not very easy on the eyes. I was asked if I wanted a private dance from the 5 and I politetly declined. I only go to Mary's for the drinks, since going there for the girls isn't exactly what I envision for a strip club.. Cool place to visit since it has been there forever and has some cool history, but don't go there thinking you are going to a typical strip club.

Overall, the club is cool to start the night with a few drinks, but it doesn't really fit my idea of a strip club where you don't mind spending a ton of money.
