The Pink Slip is one of a few clubs that I've visited that it feels like you could be on the receiving end of a stray bullet. The club is on the "wrong side of the tracks" east of St. Louis, about a 10 minute drive from downtown STL but a world apart. The patrons, dancers and staff are black. People there are generally friendly though I've never been there late night on a weekend when it is likely crowded. Drinks are reasonably priced. Dances on the main floor are $10. Private dances are $20. There are occasionally good looking girls there but generally speaking the girls are just not that hot. If the kitchen is open when you are there - generally after 9 pm, get the fried chicken fingers and BBQ sauce. They are awesome. Not the best club on the planet though I'll likely go again on one of my next visits to STL.
