Rick's is a very posh club...

Rick's is a very posh club near Madison Square Garden. The interior is tastefully decorated (and the lights tastefully dimmed) and all the girls are elegant and articulate.

The cover charge is $20, but I printed out a coupon from their website and got in free. I have read that their ATM fees are extraordinary - somewhere in the neighborhood of $15, so I brought a roll of cash with me.

There is a small bar off to one side with a couple stools, but most of the action happens at the white overstuffed chairs that cover the club's floor. Drinks are ludicrously overpriced; but this is Midtown, and Rick's is a joint that fancies itself a true "gentlemen's club".
